Eliana Ferri is an entrepreneur, executive, and a leader deeply committed to social transformation through meaningful human connections and concrete action. A specialist in social impact initiatives, she has dedicated her career to creating real opportunities for those who need them most, fostering personal development, autonomy, and dignity.
She is the founder of Confraria das Madrinhas, a social organization focused on empowering young women in vulnerable situations by strengthening their self-esteem, education, and access to the job market. More than a project, the Confraria is a network of care and transformation: women mentors, the “madrinhas” , walk alongside these young women, offering guidance, support, education, and, above all, genuine presence.
Since its founding, more than 30 young women and adolescents have had their lives positively impacted by the initiative, building new paths, expanding their horizons, and redefining their own life stories.
