Arturo Nuñez is a season executive, consultant, investor, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of across various industries including Hospitality, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Entertainment, and Beauty. Currently serving as CEO of AIE CREATIVE, Arturo specializes in providing immersive experiences tailored for brands seeking unique connections with diverse customer bases. In addition to his role at AIE CREATIVE, Arturo holds prominent positions as a Board Member of ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO. and THE ESTEE LAUDER COMPANIES. He has also served on the Board of THE NBA PLAYERS ASSOCIATION and serves on the advisory boards for the Montreux Jazz Festival Miami, Opcion Yo, and La Wawa. Arturo's journey includes impactful roles at renowned organizations like NUBANK, where he served as the Chief Marketing Officer, spearheading global marketing endeavors across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia. In October of 2014, Arturo joined APPLE INC Latin America, where he assumed the position of Head of Marketing, overseeing strategic marketing initiatives across 38 countries in the region, with a focus on key markets like Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Prior to his tenure at APPLE INC, Arturo spent nearly a decade with Nike, holding pivotal roles such as Marketing Director for various regions and Vice President of Marketing for Nike’s Emerging Markets, encompassing Latin America, Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and more. During his time at Nike, Arturo played a pivotal role in shaping the global marketing vision for Nike Basketball, as Global Vice President of Basketball Marketing, working closely with high-profile athletes and driving brand strategies across multiple categories. Before his tenure at Nike, Arturo gained significant experience at the NBA, progressing from Marketing Director to Vice President and Managing Director for Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market. Beyond his corporate endeavors, Arturo is multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is deeply involved in various community initiatives and organizations aimed at fostering personal and professional growth, including serving on the boards of The Anti-Recidivism Coalition, The Playing For Change Foundation, and The Nyah Project. Additionally, he is actively engaged in supporting Black leadership development through initiatives like BLACK JOY THRIVE’S BLACK MEN’S RETREAT and co-owns ventures like CELIA’S, DANTE’S HIFI, CHULITA MEXICAN RESTAURANT, and MILLY’S RESTAURANT.
