Founder & CEO
Tracey Abbott is an executive leadership coach and former private equity operating partner with nearly three decades of global operating experience. She helps CEOs make better and faster decisions when the stakes are high. She coaches founders and CEOs leading organizations with more than $30 billion in combined revenue and advises entrepreneurs at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Her career spans private equity, consumer goods, retail, and sports, where she has served as an operator, strategist, and five-time board director, including eight years as a Senior Operating Partner at a firm managing $450 billion in assets. Earlier in her career, she led a $350 million PepsiCo business at Target.
Tracey holds an MBA in Finance from HEC Paris, completed in French, and spent a decade living and working across EMEA and Asia.
When she’s not coaching CEOs, she’s underwater off the coast of Honduras as a certified Rescue Diver — where she’s learned to make life-changing decisions under enormous pressure.
