He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. For 15 years, he has worked as an entrepreneur and executive, leading businesses at major companies such as Ambev, Grupo RBS, IMG, IMM, Formula 1, and MotoGP. He also serves as a board member, speaker, and professor. Since January 2021, he has been the director of Formula 1 in Brazil, leading the São Paulo Grand Prix. He is also at the helm of the MotoGP Brazilian Grand Prix, which will return to the country in 2026 after a 22-year hiatus.
