Elisabeth Martinez De Morentin is the Global Insights & Innovation Manager for e-commerce at HP store. She has successfully set up and led HP’s global Customer Shopping Insights team, seamlessly integrating qualitative research into an environment dominated by A/B testing and Big Data. This innovative approach has driven revenue growth, enhanced decision-making, and increased demand for insights research across e-commerce product lines. Before joining HP, Elisabeth worked at Roche Diabetes Care as a Global Innovation Solution Developer Manager. She holds a master’s degree in design Methods from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, USA. Elisabeth has experience in developing innovative design strategies and business models, using qualitative-Insights data as a baseline.
