Rafael Stark is the founder and CEO of Stark Bank. Born in Goiânia, Rafael graduated in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). During his undergraduate studies, he spent a year in California, studying at Stanford University and California State Polytechnic University, a period in which he began his journey in programming.
Recognized for his entrepreneurial vision and passion for developing software that solves business problems, Rafael was nominated as one of the outstanding leaders in EY's Entrepreneur of the Year program in 2024. His trajectory reflects resilience and dedication, characteristics that have been fundamental to the growth and success of Stark Bank in the competitive Brazilian financial market.
