Paulo César Tinga (Porto Alegre, 1978) is a former Brazilian footballer, an idol at Internacional and Grêmio, recognized as a tenacious and leading midfielder. A Libertadores Cup champion (2006/2010) and Brazilian champion, he also shone at Borussia Dortmund. Today, he is an entrepreneur, speaker, and author of "Chamando Atenção da Sorte" (Calling Luck's Attention).
