Claudia became President of Latam South in January 2025. She holds a degree in Economics from Bowdoin College, a Master’s in Strategy and Marketing from UFRJ, and a business certificate from Harvard University. Throughout her career, she has held key positions in prominent companies such as Ibest, Predicta, Clickon, Walmart, and Banco Original. Claudia then moved into senior leadership, serving as CEO at WebMotors, Uber Brazil, and later WeWork.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Claudia is a mother to one son and a stepson. She loves spending time at the beach, is passionate about extreme sports, and has a daily ritual of beginning her mornings with a swim in the sea. At home, football brings the family together: her husband is a dedicated Vasco da Gama supporter, one of the major teams from Rio de Janeiro, while her son cheers for São Paulo FC, a leading club in São Paulo. Claudia herself proudly shares her loyalty between both teams.
