Pedro Monteiro is an Investment Manager at DEG, the German government’s development finance institution, working in the Early Growth and Venture Capital department. He is responsible for direct investments and VC fund investments in Latin America. He holds an MBA from Imperial College London. Previously, he was co-founder and Head of Operations at Scale-Up Ventures, the VC fund of Endeavor Brazil.
