Works to create new pathways for young people from education to work. He is the Director of the Campus Caldeira, Instituto Caldeira education platform that leads one of the main training centers to employ young people from public schools in Brazil's new economy. Instituto Caldeira is a Tech and Innovation Hub founded by 42 corporations in Brazil. He was the Founder of Archipelago, a company that develops and implements employability programs and strategies for high schools, universities, and educational programs. He has created the LALA Career Internship Initiative that employed hundreds of students from LALA - Latin America Leadership Academy, one of the biggest youth networks of changemakers in Latin America. Felipe was also the co-founder of Semente, a company developing entrepreneurial education programs for over 15 years.
