I am a project manager in the Strategic Affairs department at the Porto Alegre City Hall, focused on structuring and executing high-impact urban initiatives. I lead projects such as the Centro+ Program, dedicated to revitalizing the Historic Center by coordinating efforts between the public sector, private enterprise, and civil society.
With over 20 years of experience and a specialization in marketing, I work in stakeholder management to facilitate projects that link urban development, tourism, culture, and the economy. I also serve on strategic bodies, including the Municipal Creative Economy Committee, the Municipal Tourism Council, the Events Evaluation and Promotion Committee, and the Municipal Digital Government Program.
I believe in purpose, management, technology, collaboration, and creativity to drive results and transform realities.
My career spans the public and private sectors, including two ventures as an entrepreneur—experiences that have taught me how to identify opportunities within complex challenges.
