Leading the world's largest professional social network, Milton Beck was the second employee hired by the platform in Brazil. Under his leadership, LinkedIn reached more than 89 million users in the country, making it the third-largest market in the world.
Passionate about innovation and technology, he held leadership positions in other multinationals before joining LinkedIn. During his time at Microsoft, he was one of those responsible for bringing the first Xbox to Brazil.
With a mission to help professionals be more productive and successful, Beck also hosts the weekly videocast '3in3' on his profile, where he shares reflections and insights on careers and the job market.
