Talharo currently supports the development of Open Finance Brasil as Coordinator of Open Finance Strategy and Operations in the Digital Business Directorate of Banco do Brasil. At BB since 2009, he worked with corporate strategy, conglomerate governance systems and systems development. He has a degree in IT for Business Management from FATEC-SP, an MBA from FGV in Business Management with an emphasis on Strategy and an MBA in Digital Business from Esalq/USP.
