Eduardo Bitello is a professional with a solid track record in innovation, investment, and economic development, associated with Badesul Desenvolvimento for over 15 years. He currently serves as the Superintendent of Venture Capital and Innovation Promotion, leading initiatives focused on prospecting and investing in startups through venture capital funds, angel investment, and innovation incentive programs.
Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in structuring and executing economic grant programs in partnership with Finep, as well as serving as an evaluator for innovative projects and participating in startup pitch panels. He also represents Badesul in various investment funds, such as Criatec and CRP Empreendedor, and in initiatives focused on sectors like IoT and GovTech, strengthening Brazil's innovation ecosystem.
Bitello also stands out for his institutional role within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, serving as a member of boards and organizations such as the Gaucha Startup Association (AGS), the Angel Investor Club, and the Hestia incubator at UFRGS. His career is defined by the promotion of innovative entrepreneurship and support for the development of startups and new businesses in Rio Grande do Sul.
