Lucas began his career at Embraer, working in Controllership, Executive Aviation Engineering, and Finance.
He joined Eve Air Mobility in 2022 as Head of Risk, Internal Controls, and Crisis Management, and in 2024 transitioned to the Services area, where he serves as Head of Services Strategy, New Businesses, and Ecosystem.
He is responsible for strategic projects related to Urban Air Mobility, Battery Second Life and Charging, as well as the development of the Global Ecosystem, which includes discussions on ground and air infrastructure, community engagement, after-sales strategy, public sector engagement, among others. Industrial Engineer with a degree from the Federal University of Itajubá and from the University of Technology of Compiègne in France. Holds an MBA in Finance and Controllership from USP/Esalq.
