Rafael Bernardini is a statistician working in the RS Seguro Program, coordinating the technical aspects of data science applied to the GESeg System. He works on the design, maintenance, and evolution of models, indicators, and analytical functionalities focused on public safety, with an emphasis on criminal statistics, forecasting, risk analysis, anomaly detection and prioritization, and the integration of sensitive data. He also coordinates data integration and governance processes among public agencies, connecting technical teams, business areas, and academic partners to support strategic and operational decision-making. In the governance process of GESeg and the RS Seguro Program, he contributes to the identification of prioritized territories and the monthly analysis of their performance, supporting the evaluation and management of public safety in the State.
