Bruno is the co-founder and CTO of Avra, where he conceived and built a proprietary, from-scratch architecture that turns public, alternative, and first-party data into actionable predictive intelligence. Avra is a model builder, using graph-first AI to evaluate Brazilian SMEs in real time —today analyzing 99% of active CNPJs—to power safer decisions in risk, credit, and commercial growth. He championed the idea that SME risk is relational and context-specific, leading Avra to develop a Brazil-tuned graph foundation model that generates relationship-level scores and segmentation that boost conversion and reduce information asymmetry. In under two years, Bruno has led the technical launches of multiple Avra products (in credit, marketing and fraud) serving multiple active enterprise customers (including 1 of top 3 Brazilian marketplaces and Top 10 banks). Avra’s traction includes acceptance into AWS Generative AI, NVIDIA Inception, Endeavor Scale Up, and Grupo Boticário’s accelerator, plus a US$2M seed round; the team is 20 person strong. A lifelong builder - with early open-source recognition and a TV feature in childhood -Bruno founded and led tech ventures as a teen, contributed to SOCML/OpenAI community efforts with grants, prototyped sharding at ECC, and led Data/AI teams at JusBrasil and isaac. He also helped establish Brazil’s AI association (ABRIA).
