Carlos Simonsen is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Upload Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in high-growth technology startups and ScaleUps across Latin America. He holds engineering degrees from Columbia University and École des Mines de Paris, with experience in financial modeling, data analytics, M&A and corporate restructuring. Prior to Upload, he worked on the Kraft Heinz mega-merger, leading initiatives in analytics, ZBB efficiency programs, financial reporting improvements, and corporate development.
