Pedro Sorrentino is the Founder and Managing Partner of Atman Capital, a cross-border venture capital firm investing in breakthrough companies across the U.S. and Brazil. Over the past decade, he has raised more than $100 million from LPs and invested in over 150 startups, including multiple unicorns.
Before founding Atman, Pedro co-founded ONEVC, where he led fundraising and sourcing for the firm’s first fund. Earlier in his career, he was an early employee at SendGrid, where he helped build one of Silicon Valley’s most vibrant startup communities before the company’s $3 billion acquisition by Twilio.
Pedro travels frequently between San Francisco and Brazil, bridging the financial and entrepreneurial elite of Latin America with the innovation ecosystem of Silicon Valley.
He cares deeply about Bitcoin, individual sovereignty, and the transformative power of technology to expand human freedom. Outside of venture capital, Pedro is passionate about heavy metal, Formula 1, tennis, lifting weights, shooting sports, ice baths, and Jesus—a mix that reflects his discipline, intensity, and faith.
