Ilana Bobrow is an entrepreneur and executive with a strong track record in entrepreneurshup, financial markets and fintech innovation. She is the co-founder of Benup, an HRtech/fintech platform orchestrating corporate benefits for leading enterprises, and a partner at Vectis Partners, focused on building and scaling new financial businesses. Previously, she co-founded Vitreo, a fintech that reshaped Brazil’s investment market, reaching R$13 billion in assets under custody in less than 3 years, when it was acquired by BTG Pactual. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and XP Inc, where she was also a partner. Ilana holds a degree in Economics from USP, a master from Harvard Extension School and concluded the Owner-President Management (OPM) program from HBS in 2024. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a mother of three, a dedicated sports enthusiast, and passionate about theater.
