Felippe Prates began his entrepreneurial journey at age 14. He studied Mechanical Engineering and has built a career focused on creating and expanding businesses connected to technology, infrastructure, and innovation.
He is the founder and president of HSX Holding, a group that brings together companies in different sectors, from critical infrastructure and data centers to automation, telecommunications, and agribusiness. Among them is Novalogic, recognized as one of the largest companies in the country in critical infrastructure and data centers.
Having participated in international trade shows in more than 25 countries and having completed the EMPRETEC program (Sebrae), he maintains a business vision oriented towards expansion, technology, and building solutions prepared for the future.
He also currently serves as President of LIDE Joinville - SC, contributing to the strengthening of the innovation and business development environment in the state.
