Before founding 30N Ventures, he was a VC investor at Capria Ventures, a global VC fund backed by notable figures such as Bill Gates and Michael & Susan Dell. At Capria, Tomas invested in top VC funds and startups across LatAm, Africa, Southeast Asia, and MENA. His career also includes executive roles as Chief Investment Officer, Country Manager (with an exit to OLX Group), Operations Manager, and Investment Director in various Latin American VC firms and companies across both Latin America and the U.S. Tomas is also a Kauffman Fellow, an exclusive global network of top-performing investors that helped found and pave the way for some of the world’s most groundbreaking companies.
