Economist, investor, and mentor, she works in the venture capital ecosystem with a focus on social impact and diversity. Currently, she is an investor at Potencia Ventures, selecting education and employability startups for Seed and Series A rounds, while also investing as an angel in businesses founded by women, Black people, LGBTQIA+, and people with disabilities.
With 10 years of experience in the financial market—including macroeconomic consulting, asset management, M&A, ESG, and startup acceleration—she led 500 Global's operations in Brazil between 2018 and 2021, evaluating more than 700 startups and executing acceleration programs in Brazil and the US. She is also a teacher, mentor, and co-founder of initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, such as Feminismo Financeiro.
Her purpose is to move capital and people to build a more inclusive and profitable future.
