Executive Director
Yamil Santoro is the Executive Director of the Buenos Aires Innovation Park. He is a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and is pursuing a PhD in Business Administration and Management at ESEADE. With a strong focus on public sector modernization and the inclusion of people with disabilities, he has worked on advancing more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centered government. Yamil was a Legislator of the City of Buenos Aires (2023–2025) and has been selected as a fellow by the Fundación Universitaria del Río de la Plata (FURP), the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), and the Friedrich Naumann Foundation. He is passionate about addressing the challenges of 21st-century public administration and building governments that truly serve people.
