Lisiane Lemos is a specialist in digital transformation, artificial intelligence and technology policy. She is the first State Secretary for Digital Inclusion in Brazil, leading initiatives to expand access to technology, connectivity and digital literacy in Rio Grande do Sul, a state of more than 11 million inhabitants and the fifth largest in the country.
Her career has been built at the intersection of Big Tech, government and innovation ecosystems. In her current role, Lisiane leads large-scale digital inclusion and technology training programs, establishing strategic partnerships with global companies such as IBM, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google to advance cloud computing, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.
Her work includes coordinating digital transformation initiatives across 29 government secretariats and supporting international technology and innovation agendas. Prior to the public sector, she held roles at companies such as Google and Microsoft, working in sales, partner management, strategic programs and executive engagement.
Lisiane is also an MBA professor, board advisor and speaker on technology and artificial intelligence, and was recognized in the Forbes Under 30 Brazil list.
