With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industries, Elena de Pablo has led teams both globally and regionally in key areas such as sales, business development and strategic relationship management. Her career includes time at renowned companies such as Micro Focus (now OpenText), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), HP, Lucent Technologies and AT&T, where she gained extensive experience in both corporate and international settings. Additionally, she has undertaken roles in client management and corporate headquarters. Elena de Pablo holds a degree in Physics with a specialisation in Computer Science, as well as certifications in Coaching and Psychology. She is known for her leadership skills and her ability to design and implement strategies that foster organisational growth.
