He took his first steps at Accenture in 1998 as a consultant in the financial and management control area, working on process improvement projects. Over time, he gained experience and knowledge in industrial companies, and as a senior manager, he led the direction and execution of complex business transformation projects across all business areas of leading companies with international presence. In 2009, he was hired by BEAZ as Director of Business Transformation to boost and promote innovation and internationalization among SMEs in Bizkaia. Subsequently, as Director of Innovation, he was responsible for the design and implementation of new products for innovative companies and entrepreneurs. Later, he also assumed the organizational management of the company, taking responsibility for the financial, human resources, purchasing, and infrastructure areas of the company. Since 2019, he has been part of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia as Director of Entrepreneurship and Business Competitiveness.
